Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Open your iPhone’s ‘Settings’ app
  2. Scroll down and tap ‘Privacy’
  3. Tap ‘Health’
  4. Next tap ‘PolarUs’
  5. Confirm that all of the toggle switches are set to the on position
  6. Now swipe backwards 2 times to return to the ‘Privacy’ screen
  7. Tap ‘Motion & Fitness’
  8. Make sure the toggle switch next to ‘Fitness Tracking’ is set to the ‘on’ position as well as the switch next to ‘Health’
