Troubleshooting steps:
- Open your iPhone’s ‘Settings’ app
- Scroll down and tap ‘Privacy’
- Tap ‘Health’
- Next tap ‘PolarUs’
- Confirm that all of the toggle switches are set to the on position
- Now swipe backwards 2 times to return to the ‘Privacy’ screen
- Tap ‘Motion & Fitness’
- Make sure the toggle switch next to ‘Fitness Tracking’ is set to the ‘on’ position as well as the switch next to ‘Health’
